Recently relocated from London to Hong Kong to lead Harvest’s APAC expansion, he brings a global perspective on the intersection of responsible AI, climate regulation, and investor demands for actionable data.
Billy serves as a strategic advisor to Dasseti’s institutional clients, helping them centralise financial and sustainability data to navigate the complexities of opaque, unlisted portfolios.
