As a founding team member, Billy has extensive experience developing AI-native solutions to standardise data capture and analysis across the private market lifecycle.
Recently relocated from London to Hong Kong to lead Harvest’s APAC expansion, he brings a global perspective on the intersection of responsible AI, climate regulation, and investor demands for actionable data.
Billy serves as a strategic advisor to Dasseti’s institutional clients, helping them centralise financial and sustainability data to navigate the complexities of opaque, unlisted portfolios. Drawing on deep experience with SFDR and TCFD, he bridges the gap between policy and practice, helping investors move beyond compliance toward meaningful value creation.
