Sunita Subramoniam is the APAC Head of Sustainable Product Strategy and a Director in the Sustainable & Transition Solutions (STS) at BlackRock.

STS leads our firmwide sustainability and transition strategy, drives cross-functional change, supports client engagements, powers product ideation, and embeds expertise across the firm.

Based in Singapore, Sunita is responsible for developing the narrative for sustainable investing in the region, and consulting with and providing expertise to clients on sustainable investing implementation. Sunita plays a key role in the development and commercialisation of locally listed sustainable / ESG funds. Sunita is a subject matter expert and has frequently spoken at industry events, investment bank conferences and panels on ESG and sustainable investing. She represents Blackrock in various industry body working groups.
