Caroline Scott is Director of the Blended Finance and Investor Engagement Unit at Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. This role followed a three-year posting to Jakarta as Deputy Ambassador of Australia’s Mission to ASEAN. She is a qualified lawyer LLM(Hons), B.A./LLB (Hons) and prior to her diplomatic career worked as an international lawyer with the United Nations, and litigator and legal advisor at Minter Ellison, then Senior Associate at Maddocks Lawyers.
