The Global Sustainable Investment Alliance (GSIA) is a global collaboration between RIAA and its equivalent sustainable finance membership organisations in other markets. It aims to unlock the potential of the worldwide financial services industry to drive leadership, achieve a substantial impact on key global challenges and accelerate the transition to a sustainable future. GSIA simultaneously works to enhance the synergies between members, participate in global initiatives and provide advice and support to local and regional sustainable investment organisations as they set up and grow.
RIAA has made a substantial contribution to GSIA, including:
- chairing the Alliance from 2020 to 2023;
- ongoing contribution to its research and reports;
- collaboration with global partners to align on standards, definitions, and impact measurement; and
- advocacy for ambitious action, ensuring Australasia’s voice is heard in the global sustainable finance conversation.
Through GSIA, RIAA amplifies the impact of our members, connecting them to a powerful global network shaping the future of finance.
