Worker Engagement Officer at Cleaning Accountability Framework
Jennifer joined CAF as a Worker Engagement Officer in 2023, bringing first-hand experience as a cleaner and CAF Representative. She holds a degree in Business Administration and spent seven years working in the university sector in Colombia before migrating to Australia.
Her journey from cleaner to advocate gives her a deep understanding of the challenges workers face. As Worker Engagement Officer, she works alongside Pritika as a joint leader of CAF's worker engagement activities.
