After more than 25 years’ experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector Joy is now a full time governor. She holds a wide range of roles including chair of New Ground Capital, deputy chair of Nelson Building Society (NBS), independent Director of Strategi Group and FSCL - Financial Ombudsman. She is director of the Impact Enterprise Fund and an advisory committee member for Giving Architects, investment committee member for Metis Research Ltd and on the nominating committee for the Guardians of the NZ Superannuation Fund.
