Andrew Driscoll
Director Corporate Finance at Fortescue
Andrew Driscoll joined Fortescue in February 2020 and leads the Group’s Investor Relations and Debt Capital Markets functions. He brings more than 25 years of experience across the finance and resources sectors, with deep expertise in capital markets, investor engagement and strategic financial management.
Since joining Fortescue, Andrew has played a key role in supporting the Company’s engagement with global investors, lenders and other financial stakeholders. Key funding initiatives over this time include Fortescue’s inaugural US$800 million Green Bond issued in April 2022 and a RMB14.2 billion Syndicated Term Loan in August 2025.
