Dr. Meredith Nash is Director - Sexual Harassment & Gendered Violence and is KPMG's national lead for Respect@Work. With 20 years of multi-sector experience, Meredith is an internationally recognised gender equity thought leader and expert in building inclusion in complex workforces. For example, she led the Nash Review of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the Australian Antarctic Program, which instigated a national enquiry into sexual harassment in Antarctica and the most significant cultural transformation in the organisation's history.
Meredith is well-known for driving value for business through cultural transformation strategies to address gendered inequalities and gendered harm. She has extensive experience in translating strategy into leading-practice operational frameworks that ensure lasting cultural change across organisations. Before joining KPMG, Meredith was a Professor and Associate Dean at the Australian National University, a Senior Advisor at the Australian Antarctic Division, and cultural sociologist at the University of Tasmania.
