Anirudha joined the NNTC in 2021 and brings international legal experience from diverse jurisdictions. Previously, he was the Communities Director at Accountability Counsel, where he supported Indigenous communities across South Asia negotiate better social and environmental outcomes with the proponents and investors of development projects. He also worked at the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative in New Delhi, advocating for victims of police brutality, and at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, advising the Chief Prosecutor on international law and procedure. He holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Anirudha is on the Board of Directors of Jubilee Australia Research Centre.
Justin joined QIC in 2023 and is a proud First Nations man with a deep commitment to his community and social impact. Before joining QIC, Justin dedicated several years to the non-profit and community sectors, working to support and uplift organisations and communities.
At QIC, Justin brings both professional and lived experience in First Nations culture, community, compliance, risk management, and governance. He also serves as a Board Director for several community-based organisations.
This unique blend of experiences enables Justin to navigate the complexities of both cultural and corporate environments. His role at QIC allows him to drive the First Nations Strategy, creating meaningful benefits in partnership with the community and QIC.
Terri Janke is a Wuthathi/Meriam woman and an international authority on Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP), known for innovating pathways between the non-Indigenous business sector and Indigenous people in business. As the owner and Solicitor Director of Terri Janke and Company, she manages her team to deliver excellent results to a diverse client base. Terri advises on legal matters including intellectual property, business law, shareholder agreements and governance of Indigenous organisations. She has written leading ICIP Protocols and models for various sectors including the arts, museums, archives, film and business. Terri is also a valued mentor, accredited mediator and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
From the Quandamooka peoples of Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) in Queensland, Dean is the Head of Indigenous Strategy and Engagement at Westpac, where he has led the development of Westpac’s first Indigenous Strategy and its sixth Reconciliation Action Plan.
Prior to joining Westpac, Dean led the referendum campaign on an Indigenous Voice to Parliament in 2023 as the CEO of Australians for Indigenous Constitutional Recognition and Campaign Director of YES23.
Moana is a Senior Responsible Investment Analyst at Alphinity Investment Management who contributes to the integration of environmental, social and governance risks into the investment process. She conducts research and data analysis to monitor ongoing ESG risks, controversies, emerging topics and supports Alphinity’s stewardship activities in the areas of company engagement, collaborative engagement, thematic research and proxy voting.
Moana also has an active role in supporting the universe construction for Alphinity’s two sustainable strategies and completes company and thematic analysis which assists the Sustainable Compliance Committee in their decisions. She leads the annual data assurance process for both sustainable strategies.
Moana joined Alphinity in 2020 and has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Sydney, with majors in Biology, Environmental Studies and Finance.
