Speakers
As Australia, along with 70 percent of G20 countries, prioritises a circular economy, new value is being placed on currently wasted resources. Investors and lenders must position for changing regulations and emerging circular business models. For companies that are prepared, the transition to a circular economy is expected to be profitable, actionable and achievable. Adopting circular economy principles should support multiple economic, climate and nature objectives.
This interactive workshop will help investors learn what it means to integrate circular economy principles into strategy, process and decision-making. Using case studies and hypothetical scenarios from a range of sectors, participants will explore various risk indicators, metrics to assess circular transition potential, together with engagement strategies and capital allocation opportunities. This interactive workshop will reshape how you think about circularity as a solution to multiple systemic risks, and provide practical evidence-based guidance on implementation.
