This paved the wayfor Rikki’s role with the XRB, where he supports the uptake of He Tauira, avoluntary conceptual reporting framework that sits alongside existing financialand non-financial reporting standards. He Tauira can be used by entities toconsider and articulate the non-financial impacts of their decision making,including intergenerational, cultural, environmental and social impacts.

Outside of work, Rikki and his wife prioritise timewith their two young sons and wider whānau. In recent years Rikki has reignitedhis journey in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
