He Tauira can be used by entities toconsider and articulate the non-financial impacts of their decision making,including intergenerational, cultural, environmental and social impacts.
Outside of work, Rikki and his wife prioritise timewith their two young sons and wider whānau. In recent years Rikki has reignitedhis journey in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
