She has two decades of experience leading sustainability transformation across some of the world’s largest organisations, including Australia’s largest food retailer and major UK brands, delivering change at scale across complex enterprises, supply chains and stakeholder ecosystems. Her work focuses on turning sustainability challenges into commercial opportunities by connecting capital, partnerships and market demand to unlock innovation, accelerate adoption and create long-term business value. She is known for creating Impact Accelerators helping organisations move from ambition to execution by building the partnerships, structures and growth pathways needed to scale impact faster. Asha works across founders, corporates and investors as a Chief Growth and Impact Architect for the next economy, helping organisations unlock new markets, shape emerging ecosystems and build the future of impact-led business. She is a passionate advocate for gender equity and a just transition, and currently serves on the APAC Regional Working Group for the Taskforce for Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD), and the Arise Leadership Fund with ActionAid Australia.
