Ticket transfer
You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting RIAA. Please note that if the substitute is in a different membership category than the original ticket holder, an additional fee may apply to adjust the ticket price accordingly.
Cancellation by the ticket holder
Cancellations received at least 28 days before the start of the conference will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 14 and 28 days before the start of the conference will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the start of the conference will not receive a refund.
Cancellation by RIAA
Under extreme circumstances, for example a natural disaster or direction from government due to a terrorism or health related threat, RIAA may cancel the conference.
In the event of a cancellation, RIAA will refund 50% of ticket price to all registrants.
