The Responsible Investment Association Australia (RIAA) collects and holds personal information to carry out the functions and activities of RIAA.
When you register for a RIAA event and give us personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, we record it on our database and may use it to contact you in the future, as well as keeping you updated on the conference that you have registered for.
We may use your personal information to send you information on a variety of topics relating to responsible investment and sustainable finance or to let you know about our programs, events and membership of RIAA. We may also share your email address with our event sponsors, so that they can contact you; you may opt out of this at event registration. Each direct marketing communication we or our sponsors send you will include a simple way to 'opt out' of receiving similar communications in the future.

Photography
By attending a RIAA event, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event. These materials may include images or footage in which you are identifiable and may be used for promotional purposes by RIAA, including on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. If you do not want identifiable images or footage of you used by RIAA, please notify RIAA staff on-site or contact us.
