At the New Zealand Green Building Council our vision is for all homes and buildings to be green and sustainable for happier, healthier New Zealanders. As a part of achieving this vision, we have been assisting the property and finance sector understand the opportunities available around sustainable finance and investment. The NZGBC provides a range of rating tools to verify the sustainability of design, construction and operational phases of buildings.
