Gael is an Environmental Scientist with a technical background in climate change, biodiversity and private sector sustainability practices. Currently she is providing advisory services to the investment sector on identifying, managing and reporting on ESG practices in their current and prospective portfolios. She has particular expertise in the application of ESG frameworks to early stage investment and nature-related business impact. Gael holds a number of governance positions and is the founder and director of social enterprise, Nature’s Grace Aotearoa.
