Francie is passionate about the power of storytelling, education, business and finance to accelerate the transition to a more socially equitable and environmentally regenerative world.
Francie is the CEO of Small Giants, an impact investment family office. Francie is responsible for leading the systems thinking approach by integrating investing and philanthropy across multiple leverage points for systems change and across multiple horizons. Francie oversees the local and global portfolio across asset classes and interconnected systems, including circular economy, clean energy, finance, regenerative agriculture and aquaculture, built environment and community building. Francie is also a facilitator for the Small Giants Academy Journey to Impact program, an impact investing program run in Australia, Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore and UK.
Francie is a Governor at WWF Australia, on the Advisory Board for Good&Proper and the Advisory Council for Unless Financial. Francie is on the Board of Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) and a member of RIAA’s People, Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
