Louise O’Halloran
Executive Director – RIAA
Louise was appointed Executive Director of RIAA in 2002. Prior to this, she worked in senior management roles in the not for profit sector in Sydney, Los Angeles and London including General Manager of Belvoir St Theatre in Sydney, and General Manager of the Australian National Playwrights Centre. She has an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a BA in journalism from Charles Sturt University and spent three years in postgraduate studies at UNSW in business ethics. Louise is a Governor of WWF and a consulting editor for the world’s first RI journal, the Journal for Sustainable Finance and Investment.

Greg Chipman
Non-Executive Director, RI Academy
Greg is Co-Founder and Managing Director of CJC Global a boutique financial services firm advising clients with operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. Prior to CJC Global, he has held senior management positions with Goldman Sachs JBWere and KPMG, specialising in the Australian and global wealth management and broader financial services markets (at both a retail and institutional level). His clients include numerous blue-chip financial institutions in both local and global markets and he also advises Government & regulators, professional services firms, peak industry bodies and HNW consumers on key domestic and global issues affecting the international financial services industry. He is a regular media & industry commentator, including at international forums. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees, and has completed post graduate studies in taxation, financial services regulation and international energy and climate law. Greg has also previously completed DFP / CFP studies and has been admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Sarah Clawson
Head of International Business Operations, RI Academy and Membership Services Manager, RIAA
Sarah comes to RIAA with over 7 years of experience working with RIAAs European sister organisation, Paris-based Eurosif, as its head of Communications. She began her career in France as an English professor at the University of Rennes II in Brittany, and continued to develop skills in public relations and communications through her work with several international IT companies. In her most recent position Sarah managed the member communications, events and press relations for Eurosif. She was also a part of Eurosifs European Commission project team and acted as coordinator and editor for various Eurosif initiatives at the European Union level. No stranger to living in foreign settings, Sarah, who originally hails from the United States, has spent the last decade living and working in France and the Middle East. Sarah moved to Australia with her French husband and their two young children in June 2010.

Muhammad Bilal

Dinusha Peiris
Head of Research
Dinusha has an extensive background in investment, with over 18 years experience as an analyst and portfolio manager, having worked at AMP Capital Investors, Citigroup and most recently at ING Investment Management. Her employment specialisation includes quantitative analysis in asset allocation, equities, fixed interest, and investment strategies. Her research The Relationship Between Environmental Social Governance Factors and U.S. Stock Performance was nominated for the 2010 Ethical Investor research award.

Claudia Guinness
e-Marketing Co-ordinator
Claudia comes from a background of human rights and international development. She has a masters degree in human rights and has worked in education and policy development with non-government organisations in Australia, India, and Uganda. She is the E-Marketing Co-ordinator for the RI Academy.

Kate Bell
Special Projects
Kate comes to RIAA after ten years working as an actress, presenter and public speaker in film and television, both in Australia and overseas. She is an Ambassador for child rights organisation, PLAN Australia, as well as the Global Poverty Project. She has a degree in communications (journalism) and most recently, she spent 6 months in the offices of the NSW Dept of Premier and Cabinet where she examined the impact of Coal Seam Gas in rural communities. She is in charge of Special Projects at RIAA.

Joshua Edmunds
Joshua has recently joined the staff at RIAA as they work towards producing the 8th International Conference. Josh will be working with RIAA members regarding membership, certification support and coordination of the conference. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, Josh spent several years managing Sport UNE, running the member relations team, overseeing events as well as working as an instructor. Josh was also coordinator of Midnight Basketball, a government funded initiative aimed at helping underprivileged youth.
